"Miss Minnie Simmons, an operator of the Colorado
Telephone company at Central City, was the guest of
Miss Zella Williams during the past week.
Miss Simmons was on her way to Aspen to become the
bride of Mr. Joseph Rhodda, manager of the telephone
office in that city."
The Colorado Archives has Minnie Simmons and J. A. RODDA marrying in Pikin COunty October 29, 1903.
LESS LIKELY, because of the young age: Minnie L. Simmons in Pueblo Colorado in 1900, born January 1891 in Colorado, with William 49 born in West Virginia and Ella 40 in Ohio. Mabel is 12, born in Kansas.
