Sarah's parents, per one tree, were Josphy Miller Cook 1809-1894 buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Howard County, Iowa, with Betsey Maria Penfield 1809-1877
Ellen J. Greenwood was in Wabaunsee County, Kansas in 1880, age 10, with Chas Greenwood 49 and Sarah 44.

Charles S. Greenwood cash-claimed a quarter in section 11, 5S 52W in 1891.
Charles S. Greenwood born 1830 died 1892 in Billings, Oklahoma, per the DAR record, but # 85601481 says he died in 1892 in Belcherville, Montague County, Texas.
Another tree said he died in August 1892 in Belcherville, Louisiana.

Sarah Greenwood is in Thurman, Arapahoe County, in 1900, widowed, born October 1835 in New York. Sarah is a rancher, with son William Aug 1876 and daughter Almeda April 1878, both born in Iowa.
Sarah Cook Greenwood, born 1835 died in California 1906. FindaGrave # 8560316 says she died in Billings, Noble County, Oklahoma.

William D. Greenwood 1876-1951, dying in Denver, is buried in Flagler # 27163631.

Sadie Almeda Bishop 1878-1942 is buried in Douglas, Wyoming # 19368654.
" Sadie Almeda Bishop, wife of State Engineer L. C. Bishop, for many years a prominent resident of Douglas, died unexpectedly at her home in Cheyenne late Monday afternoon, April 13, 1942. Death was caused by heart failure and came while she was alone in her home. Sadie Almeda Greenwood was born at Lime Springs, Iowa on April 26, 1878. When a small girl she moved with her parents to Flagler, Colorado where she grew to womanhood. She came to Douglas in 1909 and on April 10, 1911, was united in marriage to L. C. Bishop. Two sons and two daughters were born to this union. Douglas had been her home until three years ago, when, upon the appointment of Mr. Bishop as state engineer, she became a resident of Cheyenne. Mrs. Bishop or Meda, as she was affectionately known by her many friends, was active in social, civic and religious circles. Left to mourn her loss are her husband; her two sons, Capt. Loren E. Bishop, an instructor in the infantry school at Ft. Benning, Ga., and Floyd A. Bishop, a senior at the University at Laramie; two daughters, Miss Calra A. Bishop of San Francisco, Calif., and Miss Ella Bishop of Cheyenne. She also leaves two grandsons, John C. and Loren C."

Nellie Greenwood and Clem T. Hutchison married in Kansas, and in 1920 are in Noble County, Oklahoma, Clem 55 is a carpenter born in Ohio, Nellie 52 in Iowa, with Fred 32 born in Kanss and Nelly 10 in Oklahoma. That may be why her parents were in Noble County.
Nellie "Hutchisson" # 14234652, 1868-1953 and C. L. 1863-1928 are buried in Garfield County, Oklahoma.
February 6, 1953 Oklahoma City "Christian church for Mrs. Nellie Hutchisson, 86, who died Tuesday in her home in Billings. Burial will be in Heitholt cemetery, four miles west of here. Mrs. Hutchisson had been in ill health since breaking her hip last year in a fall at her home. She came to Noble county with her husband in 1902, after leaving a farm unio. She was a native of Iowa. The family first settled on a farm three miles west of Billings. Survivors are a son, Fred, Billings; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Ingmire, Billings, and Mrs. Nellie Barlow, Grand Junction, Colo.; a brother, Charles Greenwood, Bennett, Colo.; and a sister, Mrs. Elsie Huntzinger, Flagler, Colorado."
In the same cemetery is her brother Giles Joseph Greenwood 1859-1916 # 56927804, with Henrietta 1870-1928.

Burritt Greenwood, 27, and Mary J. Pratt married on Sept 6, 1883 in Franklin County, Kansas.
(Mary Jane Crone had married George Pratt on August 18, 1878 in Franklin County.)

In 1900 Nagodoches, Texas, Burrett is a blacksmith, born Dec 1856, married 16 years but no spouse. May Bell Feb 1885 and John May 1887 wee born in Kansas.

In 1910 Lampasas County, Texas, Burrett is a blacksmith, 53, married but nos pouse.

Burrett is a blacksmith in 1920 Chester County, Tennessee, 63, with Mary 60 born in Ilinois.

Burritt Cook "Byrd" Greenwood is buried in Winnfield, Louisiana # 145633794
" After an illness of about four months Byrd Cook Greenwood died at his home at noon, Tuesday, August 3rd. He was a native of Iowa and was sixty-eight years old at the time of his death.
He was a blacksmith by trade and first came to Winnfield as blacksmith for the Tansy Construction Co. when the L. & A. railroad was being built into Winnfield.
Upon the completion of this work he went with Tansy Construction Co. to other places where they had work until about five years ago, he came back to Winnfield where he has resided since.
Mr. Greenwood was a man of strong character and proved to be a friend in need whenever his services were needed.
To this union with Miss Mary Elizabeth Crone, three children were born, two sons and one daughter, one son, John Greenwood having preceded him to the grave.
The two surviving ones are Burt Greenwood of Rayville and Mrs. W. M. Hall of Winnfield, both of whom were with him at the time of his death.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. D. Kitchingham at 10 a.m. Wednesday, in the Winnfield Cemetery where the body was laid to rest. "
Charles A. Greenwood 1873-1960 is buried in Flagler # 27163599 - he was farming in Arapahoe and Adams County Colorado in 1900, 1910, 1920, 1930, and 1940, always single.

Mary Estella Greenwood and Jacob Oakley married in Arickaree, Colorado on Nov 4, 1891.
They're next to her mother Sarah in 1900 Thurman, Colorado, Jacob 42 born in New York, Mary April 1872 in Iowa, Albert January 1896, Daniel June 1897, and Eli J. Feb 1899, all three in Colorado.
Jacob 1855-1921 and Mary E. 1872-1947 # 12259437 are buried in Rye, Colorado.


Noah Greenwood is in Harlan County, Nebraska in 1885, 29, a laborere, single, living with the Richard Roberts family.

Noah H. Greenwood, claimed a quarter in section 11, 5S 52W in 1891.
He died, per one tree, on March 15, 1898 in Avoyelles Parish, Louisian.


Elsie J. Greenwood and Thomas J. Huntzinger married on October 21, 1891 in Thurman. (Thurman was north of Flagler, but in 1891 was in Arapahoe County, and the nearest county seat for registration was Lincoln County.
