Samantha 37, both born in Wisconsin. Floyd Johnston is 7, Bessie Johnston 6, and Theo E. Bills 4.
In 1900 Phillips County, Kansas, Albert M. Bills is widowed, a stone mason born Feb 1847 in Wisconsin.

who died Sat.(May 1, 1971) in a Grant City, Missouri
rest home where he had been since Sept., 1970.
He was born Sept. 23, 1885 in Iowa and lived at
Manhattan many years. He was a salesman before
he retired. A son, Bob Coughlin, Albany, MO.,
survives. Graveside services will be Wed.
at Elmwood Cemetery at Beloit."
