In 1880 DeKalb County, Missouri, John Bonham is farming, 35, with "Rebecka" 30, both born in Virginia. Anna M. is 10, Clark 8, CHARLES 5, JEROME 2, Frederick seven months, and mother Margaret Bonham, 70, visiting, widowed.
JEROME

Eliza A. Cochell is in Rooks County, Kansas in 1900, born December 1881. Milton Cochell is 47, born in Ohio, Estelle 40 in Indiana. Robert W. is 19, Eliza 18, Acelia A. 12, Millie 10, Addie M. 8, Eva F. 6, Lillie 3, and Rosa 1, all kids born in Kanss.
Milton W. Cochell 1853-1907 is buried in Spring Branch Cemetery, Rooks County, with E. Manorah 1860-1929.

In 1910 Kit Carson County, Jerome is 32, born in Missouri, married three years to Eliza 29 Kansas. They're net to Parker.

Jerome claimed two quarters in 26 and 27, 7S 50W in 1913.



Loretta Collins, 101, of Pacific Grove died February 23, 2016. She was born on a farm near Flagler, Colorado, the daughter of Jerome P. Bonham and Eliza Cochell Bonham. She rode a horse and buggy to school in Seibert, Colorado.
Loretta met the love of her life, Jack Collins there on the farm. Jack and Loretta were married for 51 happy years before Jack's passing in 1982.
Loretta was cherished by her family, very much. She and Jack were true adventurers.
They spent one summer on the Pelly River in Alaska searching for the long lost grave of Jack's name-sake uncle. 3 summers they raced Jack's Ford Model T across the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.
Volunteer service was an important part of Loretta's life. She served for 15 years at the Cancer Society Discovery Shop in Vista, California and for 6 years served at the Senior Center in Vista. Since moving to P.G. 12 years ago,she has worked in the kitchen at Meals on Wheels 3 days a week, made sandwiches 1 day a week and delivered meals one day a week. She was named "Partner Volunteer of the year" by the Volunteer Center for these endeavors.
Loretta is survived by her son Norman Collins (Elaine) of La Connor, WA, her daughter Barbara Meazell (Roy) of Pacific Grove, her daughter-in-law Jackie of Mesa, AZ as well as 11 Grandchildren , 30 Great Grandchildren and 16 Great Great Grandchildren. Preceding Loretta In passing was her son Jack Lester Collins.
A celebration of Loretta's life will be held at the Little Chapel by the Sea, Pacific Grove, on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 2 pm

CHARLES

Charles Leonidas Bonham registered for WWI in Greeley County, Nebraska, born January 2, 1875, farming, with Mrs. Charles Bonham as a reference.

Fay's parents Nelson H. Taft 1858-1937 buried in Osborne County, Kansas # 113363858, with Mary C. (Kirkendall) Taft 1859-1935 # 113363857.

In 1930 Kit Carson County, Charles is farming, 55, first married at 30, with Fay 38 born in Kansas, first married at 21. Shirley F. is 16, Luela M. 11, both born in Nebraska.


Bonham, C. L., Farmer, S. 12, T. 7, R. 50, P. O. Seibert. Mr. Bonham was born in Missouri in 1875, settled in the County in 1920, and married Faye Taft. They have two children.


Charles Leonidas Bonham 1875-1972 is buried in Flagler # 15731216, with Faye (Taft) Bonham 1892-1977.

Charles and Faye are alone in 1940 Kit Carson County.

Shirley Fern Bonham married Thomas Taylor on August 22, 1937 in Park County, Colorado.

In 1940 Nevada County, California, Thomas S. Taylor is 29, born in Alabama, Shirley 26 Nebraska, with Nola 1 born in Colorado. Thomas was in Etowah Alabama in 1935, Shirley in Kit Carson County.
Shirley Fern Taylor 1914-1979 is buried in Golden Gate National # 74117261, with Thomas S. Taylor.
Lucille Marie Weisner, born Nov 3, 1918 to Charles L. Bonham and Faye Taft, died January 21, 1973 in Hickory, North Carolina. She was to be buried in Hickory Memorial Park. The surviving spouse was William H. Weisner.


PARKER

Parker was born May 15, 1884 in Cameron, Caldwell County, Missouri to John H. BOnham and Rebecca E. Swisher.

In 1900 Knox County, Illinois, Parker is 16, living with brother Clark S. 28 and his wife and young daughter.

In 1910 Kit Carson County, Parker is 25, born in Missouri, just married to Sadie 23 born in Kansas.
Parker claimed two quarters in sections 12 and 13, 7S 50W in 1914, about two miles away from Jerome.

Parker Taylor Bonham registered for WWI in Flagler, a produce businessman, born May 15, 1884, with Sadie Sylvia Bonham.

He's buried in Flagler 1884-1959 # 15721888, with spouse Sadie Sylvia 9Hisey) Bonham 1886-1961.

Sadie's parents are buried in Kansas.
Parker's mother, per # 21179550, 1849-1899 is buried in Caldwell County, Missouri.
