In 1910 Greene County, Missouri, M. E. Walker is 56, Olive Walker 48 Wife, Cora O. Walker 27 Daughter, M. A. Walker 25 Son, W. Aubrey Walker 23 Son, Homer E. Walker 21 Son, Ethel M. Walker 18 Daughter, Weldon R. Walker 15 Son, Giles Walker 11 Son, and Miles Walker 11 Son.

Wayne claimed two quarters in section 7 and 18, 7S 49W in 1915.

Wayne A. Walker Age: 28, married Winnie A. Anderson on 15 Aug 1915 in Flagler, Kit Carson County.
Grant City, Missouri " A wedding of much interest of Springfield friends to the groom was that of Wayne A. Walker to Miss Winnie Anderson, daughter to Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Anderson, which was celebrated et the home of the bride's parents at Flagler , Colo., August 15. Mr. Walker is the son to Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Walker of 2317 North Campbell street, and waa for four yean a clerk in the general offices of the Frisco here. Mr. Walker is now a ranchman in Kit Carson county, Colorado, near Flagler, where the oouple will make their home. His bride was for several yearsn a teacher in that oounty. Mr. Walker and his bride are now in Springfield, having made the trip overland from Flagler by auto as their honey-moon tour. They will visit with Mr. Walker's parents for several weeks before returning to Flagler.

Mr. Walker is a former Worth Oountlan, having lived with his parents near Denver for many years. Many in Worth County will remember him."

Tampa, Florida " LAVON, (Bonnie) Keeran, 84, passed away June 15, 2006, at the Hernando Hospice County Care Center in Dade City. She was born July 19, 1921, in Seibert, Colo., and moved to Zephyrhills in 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda and husband, Roger O'Neil of Brooksville; grandchildren, Shannon O'Neil, Richmond, Minn., Steve O'Neil, Apollo Beach, Fla., and Erin O'Neil of Lawrence, Kan.; as well as her sister, Nina Lou Ford of Flagler, Colo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place Monday, June 19, 2006, in Flagler, Colo. "

"Nina Lou Walker Ford was born November 8, 1927, in Seibert, Colorado to Aubrey Walker and Winnie Anderson Walker and entered into rest December 19, 2018. She was 91 years old.
She received her education in Flagler, graduating high school in 1945. She attended Denver University for two years. She then moved to Vona, Colorado where she got a teaching job. There she met Pat Ford and on February 29, 1948 they were married at St. Charles Church in Stratton, Colorado.
She leaves her son, Tony (Debby), and their children Trey and Jamie. Trey’s wife (Kelly) and their children Asher and Palmer. Daughter Jill (Jim) and their children Brendan and Michelle. Brendan’s wife Teri and daughter Roxanne. Daughter Lannie (Pat) and their children Alexandra and Patrick. Also survived by her granddaughter Kelli (David) and their daughter Megan and Megan’s daughter Lou. She also is survived by several relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Pat, daughter Kristie, her parents Aubrey and Winnie Walker, Brother Dale and his wife Betty, sister Lavon and husband Wilbur. Her in-laws Ray and Harriett Ford.
Nina Lou spent many years helping Pat and her brother Dale operate the Stop and Shop Supermarket. The store first opened in September of 1951. They became sole owners in 1963 and sold the store to their son Tony in 1975. She was also a busy mother of four children.
Nina Lou loved Flagler. She was active in many card clubs and civic events but her love for FHS Alumni was her favorite event. She coordinated the Homecoming Program for many years and it was her love of that program that gave her and the community a great sense of enjoyment.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday January 5, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the First Congregational Church in Flagler with Pastor Bob Strauch officiating."

August 1918 "The name of the first Lincoln county boy to appear in the casualty list of the daily papers, was that of Wayne Walker, son of Jas. Walker of Amy, and the father received a telegram last Sunday, stating that his son, who was in the marines, on the fighting line in France, had been wounded; degree undetermined. We hope that the young man's injuries are not of a serious nature."

November 1935 Longmont, Colorado " Mrs. F. D. Olson and daughter took Wayne Walker to Brighton Saturday, where he will visit his sister, Mrs. Orpha Wallace for a few days before going to his home in Missouri."
