In 1910 Webster County, Missouri, John L. Branen is farming, 55, Jennie E. Branen 48 Wife, Mary M. Branen 18 Daughter.

In 1911 Myrtle Branen of Seibert was the teacher in Kit Carson County District # 43.

John claimed a quarter in section 14, 7S 49W in 1912.

In 1915 Hutchinson, Kansas, John L. Branen is 55, Jane E. Branen 52, and Myrtle Branen 23.

July 1919 Littleton, Colorado "Corp. R. E. Hook visited at the home of J. L. Branen last week. He was enroute to Burlington, Colo., from Camp Lewis."

March 1920 " J. L. Branen will open a furniture store in Englewood about Apri1 1st, dealing in new and used furniture."

MYRTLE

In 1913 Miss Myrtle Branen of Kanorado, Kansas was teaching at the Bassette School, district # 46?.

In 1914 the District 25 teachers from Kanorado were A. Munyon and M. Myrtle Branen.

August 1919 Littleton "Miss Myrtle Branen, of 5600 South Broadway, is visiting friends for a few weeks in Burlington."

June 1920 "Miss Myrtle Branen of South Broadway was operated on at St. Joseph's Hospital, Denver, Tuesday for a severe case of appendicitis. She is getting along as well as could be expected."

September 1920 Littleton " The East side, or Broadway school, taught by Miss Myrtle Branen, has thirty-five pupils in the first five grades."

Myrtle M. Branen married Martin J. Dwyer on 4 Mar 1924 in Denver.
