In 1880 Decatur County, Kansas, George Booth is 55, Elizabeth 38, both born in England, with Thomas 18, Florence 14, Joseph 10 (both children of Elizabeth and a Heeley), GEORGIE 5,a nd Lillie 3.

Elizabeth Booth 1842-1915 is buried in Baggs, Wyoming # 31250633.
So is George 1825-1898 # 31250612.

In 1895 Decatur County, Kansas, Daisy Barr is 13, with James E. 43 and Abbie J., 37, both born in Massachusetts. Nellie J. is 17, Frank E. 16, Daisy 13, and Ray E. 11, all four born in Iowa.

In 1900 Decatur County, James June 1851, and Julya Nov 1855, have Nellie March 1877, Frank E. July 1879, Daisy January 1891,a nd Roy January 1884, all four kids born in Iowa.

James F. Barr 1852-1938 is buried in San Jose, California # 97650403, with Adda # 97650654.
Daisy's brother Frank 1879-1970 is buried in San Mateo, with Lena 1889-1968.

Another brother, Roy, is farming in Valley County Montana in 1920, 36, with Ruth E. 27 and newborn Leroy.
Roy 1883-1944 is b uried in Vancouver, Washington # 88192465, with Ruth 1892-1973.


Daisy claimed a quarter in section 32, 7S 45W in 1910.

1913 Steamboat Springs "Miss Daisy Barr closed school on Friday, after a successful term of eight months. An entertainment was given in the evening by scholars of the school which was enjoyed by all present."
"Miss Daisy Barr left for Baggs Wyo. on a visit with friends for a couple of weeks."

July 13, 1914 "An event of unusual importance to Baggs, Wyoming, people, took place last Monday afternoon at the home of Mrs. E. Booth when her son, George Booth, and Miss Daisy Barr were joined in holy wedlock. The marriage ceremony was performed by the new rector of the Episcopal church, the Rev. Mr. Cagey. It was a quiet home wedding in which no one but members of the immediate family participated. The happy young couple immediately departed on a trip into the mountains where they will spend their honeymoon. The bride, Miss Daisy Barr, just finished a term of teaching the intermediate grades of the Baggs schools, coming over last fall from Bear river, where she taught schools for a number of years. She is a life-long friend of the Booth family, being brought up in Decatur county, Kansas, on a farm adjacent to the Booth homestead, where she and the younger Booth girls were very intimate friends."

July 15, 1914 " A marriage of well-known young Snake river people occurred last week at the Booth ranch near Hayden, when Miss Daisy Barr and George Booth became husband and wife. The young lady taught school at Pool and Deep creek for several years. Their home will be on Snake river."

In 1920 Carbon County, Wyoming, George Booth is 45, born in Wisconsin, with Elizabeth 38 born in Iowa, Daisy 4, James 2, and George 1. George's brothher-in-law John F. Gillespie 17 born in South Carolna is with them.

In 1930 Sonoma County, California, Daisy is a real estate canvasser, 48, widowed, with Beulah 14, James R. 12, Faye E. 11, and George 6, allkids born in Wyoming.
Daisy Booth, 49, died in San Francisco on June 22, 1930.

George Simpson Booth 1873-1952 is buried in Baggs, Wyoming # 31250666.

JAMES

James Arthur Booth, born in Baggs, Wyoming, married Arline Belle Chialvo, 24, boorn in Seattle, a nurses aide in Shelton, Washington. on Sept 28, 1942 in Mason County, Washington. He was in the Army at Fort Lewis, Washington.

James Arthur Booth 1917-1968 is buried in Casper, Wyoming # 158051748.

Arlene Bell BOoth married Daniel L. Hollenback on July 2, 1970 in King County, Washington.

Arline B. Hollenback born April 23, 1918, died on March 9, 1998, last residence Seattle.

GEORGE

George H. Booth is a laborer in Wray, Colorado in 1940, 17, living iwth aunt Nellie Downey 63.

March 1946 Wray "Engineer George H. Booth visited last week with his aunt, Mrs. Nellie Downey. He has just returned from eighteen months overseas and was statiohed in England, France, Belgium, Holland and the greater part of the time in Berlin. He left Monday night to visit a brother Jim in Denver before going to Boggs, Wyoming, to see his sister, Elizabeth Hamilton. He expects to be employed in Wyoming. "

George H. Booth, born June 14, 1923 in Wyoming, died June 15, 1972 in Alameda County, California.

"Ellen" Barr, 37, had married Thomas Downey, both of Armel, on September 13, 1914 in Yuma COunty.

February 1940 "Thomas James Downey died Saturday at the Wray hospital Saturday, Feb. 24 at the age of 74 years, 10 months and 6 days. Mr. Downey Jiad resided in the Hale community for many, many years and was one of the early pioneers of Yuma county. Funeral services w’ere held Tuesday, 10 a. m. at St. Andrew’s Catholic church, Rev. Korb officiating. Interment was at Grandview cemetery. An obituary is not available at this writing, but will probably be printed in a later issue of this paper."
Thomas is buried in Grandview 1865-1940 # 13592147.

"Melda" Downey 1894-1966 is buried next to Thomas in Grandview.

Faye Booth graduated from the eighth grade in Wray in 1933

In 1934 Fay was in the cast of a comedy at the Baggs, Wyoming high school.

Elizabeth Booth, 18, married W. E. Hamilton on April 2, 1935 in Moffat County, COlorado.

Norma Jean Hamilton was born March 20, 1936 in Madera County, Caloifornia.

William Emmitt Hamilton, born Dec 26, 1910 in California, died Dec 7, 1989 in Stanisaus County, California.

In 1940 Carbon County, Wyoming, W. E. is 28, EWlizabeth 24, with Norma Jena 4.

Elizabeth Lafollette, born Oct 6, 1915 in Wyoming, died December 10, 1988 in Sacramento County, Californmia.
