May 21, 1895 Castle Rock, Colorado "Charles Boyd, who it will be remembered, caused a sensation in Denver a few months ago, by circulating a report that his mother and sister were drowned in the Castle Wood reservoir, and who has been in the county jail several mouths, charged with forgery, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor, before Judge Halm to-day, and was given the minimum sentence of three months in the county jail."
