BRADFORD, JAMES L - legal rep of the aforsaid John Nicholls, deceased proved up a quarter in 5, 7S 42W in 1895.
He also claimed - under assignee Henry Holtz, 160 acres in 19, 6S 42W.
Nicholls and Bradford were listed on a dozen claims, in Elbert, Yuma and Kit Carson Counties, in the 1892-1893 time period. Bradford, at one time, was a deputy surveyor in Louisiana.
