The Goodland Republic of July 1894 has John Stallsworth of Lamborn Kansas witnessing the homestead proof of Charles Hall. 7South 42 West - but this is perhaps an uncle ?? - This Charles Hall proved up a quarter in section 2, 7S 42W, and cash-claimed on in section 29, 6S 42W in 1891, both in Kansas.
In 1900 Sherman County, Kansas, Jessie Douglass is with widowed mother Rebecca Douglass, born March 1850 in Ohio. Euster A born April 1886, Jessie L. March 1890, and Lila M. July 1892. Next household is John A. Douglass born April 1871 in Indiana married to Carrie E. Sept 1881 Illinois.
In 1900 Phillips County, Kansas, Charles, born May 1886 in Missouri, is with Madison 55 and Mary E. 46 Hall. Frankie L. is 16, Pearl E is 10.
Charles, of Phillipsburg, had entered a dog in the dog races at Mankato in October 1900.
Madison Hall of Agra Kansas was attending "old soldiers" meetings in Kansas in 1899.

" Mary Ellen Beedy the eldest child of Joseph Eveleth BEEDY and Margaret O BRIAN. One post says she was born in Maine in Aug 1853, married 16 Mar 1873 Madison HALL in Waynes Twp, Wisconsin."
Mary Hall is in Big Horn County, Montana in 1920 "Widowed", with daughter Anna E . 45 and her husband John 48. Lolo Ryan is 23.
She's back in Phillips County, Kansas, in 1930, widowed, with widowed sister Abbie Eversoll 73.
(Maybe she's related to Jessie DuMar Eversol, whose family was also in the same township in Kit Carson County.)
