Louis F. Lambert, George T. Lambert, 6 South 48 West
Frank Lambert, age 23, married Anna Christian in Marquette, Michigan on February 15, 1867.
In 1870 Marquette County, Frank 27 and "Hannah" 20 have Jennie 3 and William 1.
In 1880 Madison County, Nebraska, Frank 37 and Annie 32 have Eugenie 12, William 10, Amanda 8, and Alfred four months.
In 1900 Pierce County, Nebraska, Frank Lambert is farming, born June 1841 in Canada,, immigrating in 1884,
married 34 years to Anna Sept 1847 Germany, immigrating in 1860, have George December 1881, Hattie August 1884, Nettie April 1887, Lulu Sept 1889, all kids born in Nebraska.
In 1905 the Northeast Nebraska Bankers met at Norfolk. One attended was Geroge Lambert, cashier of the Foster State bank.
Louis claimed a quarter in 35, 5 1/2S 46W in 1908. This was in the narrow strip that was transferred from OYuma County to Kit Carson County.
His witnesses were Ulysses S. Clark of Tuttle, Philip N. Bertrand of Fox, Miss Lucretia Gadbois of Hale, and Isaac D. Messenger of Tuttle.
In 1910 Pierce County, George is 25, a bank president, married two
years to Allie 19, with Irene eight months old, all born in Nebraska. Harold Plymesser22, a bank cashier, is living with them,
George Theodore Lambert registered for WWI in Vona,
Colorado, born December 19, 1881, farming for Oscar Traplaier? of Vona.
George claimed two quarters in 24, 6S, 48W in 1919.
His sister Nettie's husband William E. Brownell claimed land in 7S 49W in 1917.
In 1920 Kit Carson County, George is 38,
farming, with Alice O. 29, Irene C. 10, Grethel M. 8, and Jayola B. 5, all born in Nebraska.
They're farming in Knox County, Nebraska in 1930, George 48, Alice 38, Grethel 18, and Jayola 16l.
June 20, 1938 "Arthur Stolp, 60, Creighton, who was seriously
injured Saturday night when struck by an automobile on a highway two and one-half miles
west of Plainview, died Sunday night in an Orchard hospital shortly after undergoing
an operation. Mr. and Mrs. Stolp, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. George Lambert,
Creighton, while traveling on the highway stopped their car. All but Mrs. Stolp
got out of the machine. While standing in the road Stolp was struck by a car driven
by Henry Kettleson, suffering injuries about his head and body. The Lamberts escaped
injury. Nearly four months ago Stolp was severely injured in an automobile accident
from which he never fully recovered. "
George and Alice are alone in 1940 Knox County, farming.
George 1881-1964 is buried in Pierce County, Nebraska, with Alice Orvgilla (Kinkaid) Lambert 1890-1960.
"Mrs. George T. Lambert, a long time resident of the Creighton area, passed away at Lundberg Memorial Hospital August 23, her 70th birthday anniversary. She had been ill for about two years.
Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon, Aug. 26 at Zion Lutheran church with the Rev. Marvin Ritterling, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Plainview Cemetery.
Alice Orvilla Kinkaid, the oldest of four children, was born August 23, 1890, near Plainview to Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Kinkaid.
She was married to George T. Lambert, February 19, 1908 at Plainview. Three daughters were born to them.
She moved with her family to Plainview and Foster communities for several years and lived for five years in Colorado.
She was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband of Creighton; three daughters, Mrs. Wallace (Irene) Jones of Clarkson, Wash., Mrs. Leo (Grethel) Huston of Rock Springs, Wyo. and Mrs. Fred (Jayda) Ludke of Austin, Minn.; one sister, Mrs. Everett (Ethel) White of Valentine; one brother, Carroll Kinkaid of Epworth, Ia.; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Margaret Bokamper.

George Theodore Lambert registered for WWII in Creighton, Nebraska, born December 19, 1881 in Madison County, Nebraska.
Casper, Wyoming, April 8, 2001 "Graveside services for Grethel Mildred
Huston, 89, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rest Haven Memorial
Gardens, with the Rev. Jack Snedaker of First Baptist Church officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday until time of services at Vase Funeral Chapel.
She died April 5, 2001, at Sage View Care Center in Rock Springs.
She was born March 1, 1912, in Foster, Neb., the daughter of George
and Alice (Kincaid) Lambert. She attended schools in Nebraska and
graduated from Creighton High School in 1930. After high school,
she moved to Omaha, Neb., and attended cosmetology school.
She met Leo W. Huston in Omaha and they married June 5, 1935, in Creighton,
Neb. While he was in the service during World War II, she lived in
Portland, Ore., and worked in the shipyards. Following his discharge,
they moved to Rock Springs.
Her husband preceded her in death on Dec. 3, 1987.
She was a member of First Congregational Church and her neighborhood
pinochle group. She was an avid hunter and fisherwoman,
and she and her husband enjoyed spending time at their cabin in
Pinedale.
Survivors include a sister, Irene C. Jones of Clarkston, Wash.;
and two nieces. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death
by her parents and a sister, Jayda Ludke in 1998."
