Kit Carson County Pioneers:
Carl M. Hansen, 6 South 48 West
POSSIBLY the Carl Marius Hansen, age 19, arriveing on the Hekla on May 21, 1898 from Copenhagen.
He was going to West Point, Nebraska to his brother-in-law P. Thomson.
Also going to Mr. Thomson was Sophia Bolette Frederickson 19, a seamstress,
Lars Peter Larson 25 a farmer,
and Karoline Evely Christensen 17, a maid.
In 1910 Kit Carson County, Carl is single, farming, 30, born in Denmark, immigrating in 1898, naturalized.
Carl claimed a tract in sections 5 and 8, 6S, 48W in 1918.
