In 1860 Louisville, Kentucky August Fisher is 34, Louisa 33, Louisa 9, Chas 5, Menia 4, and August 1, all born in Prussia.

In 1870 Louisville, August Fisher is 44, a shoemaker, Louisa 44, Charles 15, Amelia 14, August 11, Albert 7.
All were born in Prussia.

In 1880 Louisville, August and Louisa have only Albert 18 and daughter Minnie Fink, 23, married to Henry FInk 24 with August Fink 2.

Mary McKeon, age 22, and Bridget McKeon, 25, arrived in New York August 12, 1879 on the Wyoming, from Liverpool England and Queenstown, Ireland.

"Matthew McKeon passed away at his home in Frankfort, Kansas on Sunday, June 20, 1909, he was about 60 years of age. He was ill only two weeks and it turned into pneumonia.
He was born in County Leitrim, Ireland. He came to America at the age of 17, and began his career as a railroad laborer at Rulo, Neb., later entering the employment of A.B. Symns at Doniphan, Kansas, with whom he went to Atchison, Kansas, when Mr. Symns established his wholesale grocery house.
After saving a few hundred dollars he decided to start in business for himself, and located in Frankfort, Kansas in 1876, opening a small general store.
He was married in 1876 to Miss Ellen Kenefick. To this union was born seven children, William F. McKeon, Lillis, Kansas, Mrs. Mary Dempsey, Manhattan, Kansas, Mrs. Otis V. Lohmuller, Frankfort, Kansas, Mrs. Margaret Haskin, Vliets, Kansas, Matt McKeon Jr. Chicago, Illinois, Edward McKeon, Vliets, Kansas and Miss Bernedetta McKeon. He is also survived by his sisters, Mrs. Bridget Dalton, Wheaton, Kansas, Mrs. Mary Fischer, Phillipsburg, Kansas; and brother, Frank McKeon, Cambria, Wyoming."


In 1900 Phillips County, Kansas, August is farming, born March 1859 in Germany, immigrating in 1873.
He's 18 years married to Mary born 1860 in Ireland, immigrating in 1879.
Mary, August 1883, George August 1884, John Feb 1887, William Mar 1889, Frank July 1891, and Carl E. Aug 1895 were bornin Kansas. Mary's sister Frank McKeon was born October 1846 in Ireland, immigrating in 1871, a miner.

In 1910 Phillips County, August 51, Mary 49, Fred 24, Robert 22, William F. 21, Frank 18, and Carl E. 14 are farming.
August claimed a tract in sections 31 and 32, 6S, 48W in 1917.

August, with an address of Seibert, was president of the District 46 school board in 1918-1919
In 1920 Kit Carson County, August is 60, born in Prussia , Mary 59, William F. 29, and Carl E. 23.

In 1930 August 71, Mary 70 "Frank" 38, and Edward 34 are farming in Washington County, Colorado - Platte precinct, so this is probably in the far northwest corner of the county, between Brush and Sterling.

Mary McKeon Fischer 1857-1937 is buried in Brush, Colorado # 70690066.
August, age 90, dying August 7, 1946, is also buried in Brush, # 70171128 "daughter: Mamoie Ferguson."

MAMIE

In 1910 Phillips County, Kansas, Harry C. Ferguson is 28, Mamie L. 26, with Gertrude L. 4, Mary L. 2, and Nelson H. newborn.


In 1915 Phillips County, Harry is 33, Mamie 31, Lavina 9, Luella 7, Nelson 5, and Irvin 3.

In 1940 Washington County, Colorado, Platte precinct, "Charles H." is 58, Mamie L. 54, Vernon E. 27 born in Kansas, and Irin A. 21 in Colorado.

Mamie L. (Fisher) Ferbuson 1884-1958 is buried in Brush # 80651157.
One tree said their daughter Gertrude Lovina Wahlert 1905-1994 buried in Brush # 81918004 iwht William E. Wahlert 1903-1943 is their daughter.
Gertrude's daughter Laverna McCullourgh 1932-1998 is buried in Morgan County # 70375469.

In 1930 Morgan County, Albert, a plumber, 29 born in New York and Marie Hillman have Alice 3 and Alfred E. seven months.
Louella Marie (Ferguson) Hillman 1907-1992 is buried in Lakewood, Washington # 99994506, with Alfred Hillman 1898-1970.



WILLIAM

Martha M. Younkin was in Kit Carson County, in 1920, age 13, adopted daugther of Austin 71 and Sarah M. Younkin 68.

In 1930 Morgan County, Colorado, William F. Fisher is a truck driver, 40, with Martha 23 born in Iowa. Robert W. is 6, Mary A. 4, Agnes M. 2, born in Colorado.

In 1940 Denver, Martha, 32, is now married to Franz W. Bennett, 32. Robert Fisher is 16, mary A.; 14, Agnes 12, Inez 9, and William 5.

William Francis Fisher, born March 13, 1889, died February 14, 1958, buried in Fort Logan # 3346372. His next of kin was a daughter Mrs. Merle Garbe of Lakewood, COlorado.


FRANK

Frank died December 12, 1935, age 44, a private in the army MP, buried in Brush next to his parents.
He enlisted in October 1917, discharged November 1917.

GEORGE

George F. Fisher married Ella Burrell on March 6, 1916 in Sterling, Colorado.

In 1920 Washington County, Platte precinct, George F. Fisher is 34, married to Ella A. 33 Colorado, with Fred V. 3 Nd stepdaughter Katterina Harnell 7, both born in Colorado.
Catherine Agnes Campbell born August 7, 1912 in Colorado, father Burrell, mother Reilly, died in Los Angeles County November 12, 1959.

Douglas Fairbanks Fisher was born Sept 20, 1925 in Denver.

In 1930 George is a carpenter for a railroad in Denver, 45, with Ella A. 43, Frederick 12, Leo F. 8, and Douglas F. 4.

In 1940 Denver, Ella Fisher is a government worker, divorced, 52, with Leo 18 and Douglas 14.

George registered for WWII with a Hillrose Colorado address, born August 6, 1883 in Falgford, Kansas.

Ella, born Nov 3, 1886, died July 1964, last residence Colorado.

Douglas 1925-2003 is buried in Fort Logan # 36058838, a Marine Corps master sergeant in WWII and Korea.

CARL

Carl Edward Fisher 1895-1961 is buried in Fort Logan # 16503728, enlisting August 1918, separated March 1919, a private in the 41st Division, WWI.
His next of kin was wife Hzel M. Fisher, of Vona, Colorado.
