Thomas cash-claimed 152 acres in 18 and 7, 6 South, 45W in 1891. He might be the same one who proved up a quarter in 12S 61W in 1902 - El Paso County.

Anna and Thomas Kieran divorced in El Paso County, Colorado in 1899.
Thomas "Kieron" is living alone, farming in El Paso County, born June 159 in Illinois, parents both born in Ireland.

In 1910 El Paso County, Thomas is 50, born in Illinois, divorced, farming.

Thomas Kieran, 1859-1921 is buried in Colorado Springs, # 22351417 - the stone says "Father"
His estate was probated in Pueblo, Colorado September 29, 1921.


Anna might be the Anna Kerin who married Michael Finnerty in Denver in 1900.
But this one said on the 1910 census that it was her first marriage.

Larra Ann Evans, age 27, married J. N Quarry, 41, in Marion County, Arkansa, February 9, 1897.
In 1900 Marion County, Jasper W. 45 and Laura A. 29 have Hattie A. 1.
In 1910 Calhan precinct, Laura A. Queary is 43, born in Kansas, widowed, with Hattie A. 11 Missouri, Violet E. 9, Arkansas, Elsie B. 6 Arkansas, Esther 3 Arkansas, and Thomas O. four months Colorao.
In 1920 McKinley County, New Mexico, "Orval Quarry" is 10, with mother Anna now married to L.E. Morris. Etta Cuarry is 18, L. Geean 17, Elsie 16, D. Carl 16, Constance N. 15, Ethel and Waler 12.
The census must have mixed the two families into the Quearry name.
In 1930 McKinley County, Lemuel E. and Anna L. Morris are both 60, Orvil T. is 20, a truck driver.
In 1940 McKinley County, Lemuel is widowed, Orval Queary is 3, a coal miner married to Carol 31 both born in COlorado.
Lemuel 1869-1946 is buried in Gallup # 16622553, with Laura 1869-1960 # 16622543.
Gallup, New Mexico, May 14, 1959 "Thomas Orville Queary, 49, resident here for the past 15 years, died last night at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born Feb. 17, 1910, in Ramah, Colorado.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Linda Sue and Loretta Ann, and a son, Thomas Orville Queary Jr., all of Las Amberas, Calif.; four sisters, Mrs. Hattie Anderson, Mrs. Ettie Kirkpatrick and Mrs. Elsie Robilio, all of Gallup, and Mrs. Ethel Steaduhar, Oak Creek, Colorado, his mother, Mrs. L. E. Morris, Gallup."
