One tree said Louise Mae Bartman married James L. Thompson, and divorced him in Reno in 1944 - Clifford Wagner in Burlington in 1947,"Louise previously married and divorced" and that she died in 2007 in Msscatine, Iowa.
Willard Clifford Wagner died May 9, 1953, buried in Camanche, Iowa Rosehill Cemetery.
"Louise M. Wagner, 92, of West Liberty, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007, at the Simpson Memorial Home in West Liberty. The Rev. Mario Padilla will officiate. She donated her body to science. A memorial fund has been established. Mrs. Wagner was born Jan. 23, 1915, in Burlington, Colo. She married Clifford W. Wagner in 1947 in Burlington. She worked as a visiting nurse in doctor's offices. She is survived by a son, Richard Wagner of West Branch; two daughters, Nadine Doane of Blue Springs, Mo. and Norine Piggot of California; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son; and six brothers and sisters."

Cornelius Morgan, Postmaster and Justice of the Peace, is one of the prominent, respected and honored citizens of which the town of National boasts. He was born in Vermont, May 23, 1833, and is a self-made man in all that the word implies; whatever success he has met with in life is attributable to his own push and energy, as he has received no legacy from any source whatever. The parents of our subject were Cornelius and Hannah (Hartwell) Morgan, both of whom were natives of Massachusetts. After their marriage they moved to the state of New York and located at Parishvillie, St. Lawrence County, where they resided until their demise. There were eight children born to them, seven of whom are still living. They were earnest members of the Free Will Baptist Church. The grandfather of our subject served in the War of 1812 and figured prominently in the battle of Plattsburg, N.Y.
The subject of this biography was reared on a farm in St. Lawrence County, N.Y. from the time he was three years old until he was twenty-three, when he came to this county and located at McGregor, which then boasted only a few houses. Here he followed the trade of a carpenter and contractor, building houses all over the county and erecting two at Prairie du Chien, Wis.
In the year 1857 he was united in marriage with Miss Mary R. Hudson, a daughter of Washington and Roxana (Bagley) Hudson. This family came from Vermont to this township in the year 1845.
Mr. Morgan enlisted in Company E, Twenty-seventh Iowa Volunteers, as a private and joined his regiment in Mississippi. He participated in the following engagements: At the charge and capture of the rebel Ft. Du Russy, Pleasant Hill, under General Banks, Kane River, Old Oaks, Lake Chicot, Ark., under Gen. A.J. Smith; the first day's fight at Tupelo and afterward at Old Town Creek; Nashville, under Gen. G.H. Thomas; and after steaming down the Ohio, Tennessee and Mississippi Rivers to Dauphine Island in Mobile Bay, in the battle of Fish River and Ft. Blakely. The regiment was discharged at Montgomery, Ala., and he was transferred to Company E, Twelfth Iowa Volunteers. He remained with this regiment until January 25, 1866, when he was honorably discharged. He was wounded by a bayonet at the charge of Ft. Du Russy, resulting in a running sore, which was a constant annoyance to him.
Mr. and Mrs. Morgan have five children, as follows: George L., Hugh B., Lewis D., Stella E. and James Garfield. Socially he is a member of the Masonic fraternity, and is a member of the Grand Army of the Republic. In political belief and action he is a stanch adherent to the Republican party. He has been Justice of the Peace for twenty-four years in a Democratic township; Township Clerk for twenty years; and a member of the School Board almost constantly for twenty-four years. When Harrison was elected President our subject was appointed Postmaster here and has since held that position.

Those have to be the children of Hugh and Isadora.

In 1920 Burlington, Hugh Morgan is a mail carrier, 47, Mae 34, with Lyle 21 - these three born in Iowa. Dorothy 8, Helen 6, Lee 5, Luvern 4, and Howard 2, were all born in Colorado.
In 1930 Hugh is 55, Maye E. 44, Helen 16, Lee 15, Laverne 13, Howard 12, and Carla 2.

local hospital, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Burlington, Colo.
Mrs. Morgan, who homesteaded in Burlington, was born June 20, 1885
in LeMars, la. She was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church and
the Royal Neighbors of America. Survivors include her husband,
Hugh B. Morgan: two sons, Howard Morgan of National City, Calif.; Lee B. Morgan of Los Angeles;
three daughters, Helen and Carla of San Diego and Laverne of Los Angeles,
and several grandchildren and great grandchildren"

Helen May O'Halloran, born Jan 25, 1913 in Colorado, died August 28, 1982 in San Diego County, mother Smith, father Morgan.
Lee graduated from High School in 1934. He then went to college and graduated from the Fort Lewis School of Agriculture and Mechanics, Colorado State College, with a degree in Engineering in June of 1937.
He later enlisted in the Army at Fort Logan, Colorado on September 26, 1941.
Right after Pearl Harbors attack, he was sent overseas to fight in the Asian Pacific Campaigns. His rank was Private First Class. Battery A , 164th Field Artillary Batallian.
In Luzon, Philippines, he was decorated with the Bronze service Arrowhead, Pacific Theatre (465). WD-44 , The Philippine medal, Asiatic Pacific Service Medal, GO 33 WD 45.
After the War, Lee worked For The Federal Bureau of Public Roads, Surveying, to build our National Parks,(Yellowstone ;Big Bend National Park)and while workng in Texas, went to a Fiesta in Juarez, Mexico, where he met Josefina Gonzales.
They were married and lived in Juarez for a few years. They spent some time in New Mexico, Jackson Hole Wyoming, while he continued working for the Federal Government, then Moved to Los Angeles California to work for the State of California Division of Highways as a Civil Engineer. They finally purchaced a house in El Monte, California, and raised three daughters, 'Maria Teresa', 'Elva LaVerne' and 'Benita Maye'.
Lee Morgan retired in April 1977 from the State of California Division of Highways Engineering Department while his youngest daughter was still in High School. Lee Burdett Morgan 1914-1991 is buried in Rancho Cucamonga, California # 72614253.
Howard Wilson Morgan 1917-1991 is buried in San Diego # 11702209.
