Notes about
Person: The services for James Beasley’s funeral was
conducted Reverend Chase of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He made several
trips across the plains with ox teams and finally settled upon Ralston Creek
in 1865. In 1873 he moved to Boulder County. He, with a party of others,
built the Boulder and White Rock Ditch and he lived to see the land which it
waters, cut up into many valuable farms. |
