Ed Rohrig of Rifle,
Colorado, passed away March 22, 2000, in Clagett Memorial Hospital, at
86 years of age.
A memorial service will be held at The Assembly of
God Church in Rifle on March 25, 2000, at 10 a.m.
He was born to
Conrad and Christina Rohrig on June 21, 1913, in New Castle, Colorado.
The family then moved to Antlers, Colorado, where he grew up.
Of
the 11 total brothers and sisters, six were born in Russia.

like he was the first born in the US]
Ed was married to Alma Faye
Allen in 1938, had two children, Marilee of California, and Larry of
Rifle, and was later divorced.
Seven brothers and sisters and one
grandson preceded Ed in death.
He is survived by sister, Lydia Heitz
of New Mexico; brother, Dan of Arizona; sister, Crissy Haas of Grand
Junction.
And son Larry and wife Bunny of Rifle; daughter, Marilee of
California; granddaughter, Paula and
husband Genare Suarez and their
son, Gabriel of Rifle; grandson, Bo and wife
Traci and their sons,
Dallas and Colton of Rifle; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many
friends
