$500,000 DAMAGE SUIT DISMISSED

The $500,000 damage suit of the International Tunnel Machine company against Edward J. Wilcox and Ernest L. Miller, Denver mining men, in connection with which the arrest of the two was ordered recently, ended in the district court yesterday when the directors of the tunnel company asked that the suit and body attachments against the defendants be dismissed.
