"Died, at the home of his parents, at 12 o'clock Thursday, May 19, 1910, Earl Baldwin, aged 17 years, 21 days. He was the second son of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Baldwin, of Sterling. Colo. He was born in Holyoke, Colo., April 27, 1894. Death was caused by a sudden development of pneumonia, after an almost assured recovey from a bad attack of measles. His illness seemed very perplexing, as the attending physicians could not detect pneumonia until a few hours before his death. Earl was a bright, active and promising boy, a leader in athletic sports among his schoolmates by whom he is sadly missed. His parents and relatives feel very grateful to the many friends who were so kind in their expressions of sympathy and regret in this great bereavement."
