To the left in this picture is Cass's and to the right is the old
entrance to the Delaware Hotel
William J. Irwin and his son-in-law, Joseph Plute where both Fire Chiefs
Uncle Joe was chief for many years and when this picture was taken
I would have expected to have seen him sitting in one of the chairs
waiting for people to walk by so they could say "Good Morning"
