F. M. CROSS JEWELRY

F. M. Cross Jewelry was at 317 Railroad Avenue in the McLearn Building Mike is said to be the only person who made money off of oil shale, with his custom items.
Per his wife Pat: Rifle's early jeweler Abram Glover sold out to Mike Cross. He just sold the business. Mike moved it in the old sporting store with Jim LeDonne, then later moved into the McLearn building.
Also from Pat: The telegraph office was in Mike Cross’s jewelry store when we were married in 1959. I remember going and sending messages on that yellow tape. Not sure how long it was there Maybe a year or two after we were married.
